Our law firm's clients contact an attorney directly via the attorney's telephone, email, or SMS.  Initiating a conversational contact via SMS directly to one of our attorneys' phone numbers constitutes consent. Clients assume they can text an attorney's phone number and expect an SMS response. We solely use SMS to respond to conversational inquiries initiated by our clients. There is no automatic harvesting whatsoever.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties
