Braeden Willoughby joined Moffett, Sims, Gauthier & Willoughby, PC in March 2022. Mr. Willoughby manages a Team dedicated to insurance defense matters, including automobile negligence, insurance coverage disputes, trucking and commercial transportation liability, premises liability, personal injury, and property damage. Specializing in insurance carrier subrogation and defending No-Fault coverage disputes, first and third -party actions that include complex legal issues, fraudulent, moderate, and catastrophic injuries and damages.
